Kelly Clarkson Announces ‘Kellyoke’ EP with With Covers Of Billie Eilish, The Weeknd, and More

Kelly Clarkson will be releasing an EP of covers next month. Named after her popular TV segment, “Kellyoke,” the EP will include songs like “Happier Than Ever” by Billie Eilish and The Weeknd’s “Call Out My Name.” She also included songs by Radiohead, Whitney Houston, Linda Ronstadt, and Shaed.

She and her band have covered over 500 songs since The Kelly Clarkson Show premiered in 2019, but this marks the first time she’s gone into a studio to record an entire collection for sale.

“Music is in the DNA of everything I do, so when The Kelly Clarkson Show started we knew it was the perfect way to kick off every episode,” Clarkson said in a press statement. “Over 500 songs later, and we’re still not running out of amazing artists to pay tribute to. Picking just six was near-impossible, but these songs have been some of my favorites. Thanks for singing along with me y’all!”

Clarkson’s six-song project called Kellyoke will be out June 9th
