John Summit has canceled four European festival appearances scheduled for August as he steps away from touring for the remainder of the month. In a statement shared with fans, the DJ and producer said he plans to use the break to rest, recharge, and prepare for his upcoming arena tour.
The canceled appearances include Pukkelpop, Creamfields, Radio 1 Malta, and Le Touquet. Summit explained in his announcement that canceling shows is not something he takes lightly, but he felt time away from the road was necessary before beginning the next stretch of performances.
The decision comes during a busy period for Summit, whose touring schedule has included major festivals and club dates across several markets. His upcoming arena run is expected to mark another significant phase in his live schedule.
Fans who planned to attend the affected festivals will no longer see Summit on those lineups, while the events themselves are expected to continue with their remaining scheduled performers.
