About Dino
Dino moved to Virginia Beach from Bermuda in 1983 after graduating high school, as part of a proud Navy family. While others were heading off to college or joining the Navy, Dino had one goal in mind — chasing his childhood dream of becoming a radio broadcaster.
His first radio job came in 1985 at a station located above the old Jewish Mother on Pacific Avenue at the oceanfront. His mom called it a “pipe dream,” but he’s been “living the dream” ever since.
Dino has seen it all — especially during the exciting days of ‘80s radio — which makes 92.9 The Wave the perfect home for him. He loves the music and the connection with listeners that keeps the magic of radio alive.
