Abandoned but Not Broken: Desmond the Rescue Cat Is Ready for a Fresh Start

Meet Desmond, a dapper gentleman who was abandoned with his sibling on someone’s porch.  Luckily, they found themselves at the home of one of Billy the Kidden Rescue’s volunteers, and they leaped into action!

Desmond was scared at first, but once he realized he was safe, his voice and sweet personality came shining through. He’s a next-level lovebug who loves to chat about alllll the things. Desmond likes to stay close and will happily follow people around, gently meowing.

Desmond enjoys high-up spaces like cat trees and loves looking out of windows. His dramatic tail swish is his way of letting everyone know when he’s spotted a bird or squirrel outside.

It’s been a rough month for Desmond, but he’s ready to start fresh and find his new family. With his voice, charm, and endless biscuit-making talent, he’s eager to bring love and companionship into a loving home.
