Have you always wanted a panther in your home? Meet Utah, a gorgeous 1-year-old cat available for adoption at Portsmouth Humane Society.
This guy is as laid-back as they come. When I walked into the shelter, he was lounging on a little sofa that looked like it was made just for him. He immediately greeted me with loud purrs and happily let me pick him up, where he proceeded to sniff me from head to toe to make sure I passed the vibe check. Thankfully, I did.
Utah gets along well with other cats and would make a wonderful addition to almost any home. He’s ready to prowl his own kingdom, just as any self-respecting mini panther would.
It’s National Adoption Week at PetSmart! Portsmouth Humane Society will be at the Chesapeake Square PetSmart on Saturday and the Hilltop PetSmart on Sunday with adoptable dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adoption fees are just $25, and every adoption includes a free adoption kit.
Come meet Utah this weekend. He just might be the perfect little panther you’ve been looking for.
