Meet Stormy, a sweet and loving year-old Angora rabbit available at Norfolk Animal Care Center. He was surrendered to the shelter when his family experienced homelessness and could no longer care for him. He lived with kids and cats in his previous home and got along well with both. He is friendly, loves to be petted, enjoys running through tunnels, and playing with bell toys.
Stormy eats a daily diet of fresh hay and grass (85%), with some leafy greens (10%) and a few pellets or nuggets (5%). Certain fruits and vegetables can be given in moderation as an occasional treat, and of course, always make sure they have fresh water available to drink.
At Norfolk Animal Care Center, you can adopt two pets at the same time and pay just one adoption fee! So if you have room in your heart and home for two animals, NACC has rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs all available for adoption!
