ABOUT US: We are a group of 501c3 nonprofits working to improve the lives of displaced cats and kittens and reduce feral cat populations in Hampton Roads using Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs. Our goal —over time— is to have a positive impact on cat homelessness and overpopulation.
