I got to meet Reeves and treat him to a Pup Cup this week at Virginia Beach SPCA. He is 7 years old and one of the SPCA’s longest residents. Reeves is a bit shy when meeting new people, and new experiences can be a little overwhelming for him, but with patience and a pup cup, he starts to open up. Once he trusts you, you will see just how sweet and affectionate he really is!
