Ariana Grande has a “Problem” with Forever 21.

According to court documents obtained by USA TODAY, the singer is suing the retail company for $10 million over an ad campaign she says uses her likeness.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in California, claims the fast-fashion company “stole (Grande’s) name, likeness, and other intellectual property to promote their brands for free.”

According to the lawsuit, Grande was approached to participate in a campaign for the company earlier this year but turned down the endorsement deal when they could not reach and agreement on her compensation.

The lawsuit alleges Forever 21 and its beauty brand Riley Rose published “at least 30 unauthorized images and videos misappropriating Ms. Grande’s name, image, likeness, and music in order to create the false perception of her endorsement.”

The suit also claims the company hired a Grande a “look-alike model” to wear clothes and accessories similar to ones Grande has used in music videos to boost sales.
