Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli now know when they are having their day in court.
On Thursday, a Boston judge ruled that the couple ruled that their trial date is on October 5th. According to The Wrap, the couple will be defending themselves in court when their trial begins.
The Full House actress and fashion designer are being accused of of three separate counts of bribery, fraud and money laundering and have plead not guilty to all three charges.
The couple is accused of paying $500,000 to have her daughters admitted to USC as members of the crew team, even though they were not a part of the crew team. Their daughters are not being charged with any wrongdoing.
