NBC has revealed the premiere date for the hit reality competition shows America’s Got Talent and World of Dance. Both shows are set to premiere on Tuesday, May 26th.
AGT is in its 15th season, and will welcome back judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum and introduce the new judge Sofia Vergara. The show will have a two-hour premiere starting at 8pm
In a statement by Simon Cowell, who’s also the show’s creator, “At a time when families are unable to go out, we really hope the new season will bring some much-needed joy and escape.”
World of Dance Is returning for its fourth season that same night, having its entire season filmed prior to the coronavirus outbreak.
Executive producer and judge Jennifer Lopez says in a statement, “On our show we always say that dance is the universal language. It brings us all together, which I think is something we all need during these challenging times.”
Ne-Yo and Derek Hough also judge the competition along with Lopez.
