Mary-Kate Olsen has officially filed for divorce from her husband, French banker Pierre Olivier Sarkozy, on Memorial Day after courts in New York City reopened to new cases.

The 33-year-old fashion designer and “Full House” star had previously attempted to file prior to the court’s reopening under an emergency filing, but was denied because it was ruled a non-emergency case.

The courts reopened and began accepting new cases electronically on Monday.
