Sesame Street And CNN To Host Town Hall About Racism For Kids & Families

Sesame Street and CNN are joining forces to host a town hall about racism. “Coming Together: Standing Up to Racism“ will air on Saturday, June 6, at 10 a.m. ET. The town hall was specifically designed for kids and families to discuss racism, the recent protests, how to embrace diversity, and how to be empathetic to those with different life experiences.

The special will be hosted by Van Jones and Erica Hill along with Big Bird, and feature appearances from Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and Rosita, plus experts who will help answer questions submitted by viewers.
