‘Tiger King’ Jeff Lowe Being Sued For Oklahoma State Taxes

Jeff Lowe from Netflix’s Tiger King is being sued by the state of Oklahoma for back taxes, to the tune of $50,000. The tax documents were obtained by PETA.

According to the document, ”Jeff Lowe is responsible for withholding, collecting, and remitting taxes owed by the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, LLC to the State of Oklahoma.” It also states that “ Moreover, Jeff Lowe had, and continues to have, direct control, supervision, and responsibility for filing returns and making payments on behalf” of the park of state of Oklahoma.

The document also states “ Jeff Lowe is responsible for withholding, collecting, and remitting taxes owed by the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, LLC to the State of Oklahoma. Moreover, Jeff Lowe had, and continues to have, direct control, supervision, and responsibility for filing returns and making payments on behalf” of the state.
