Justin Bieber Files $20 Million Lawsuit For Defamation

Justin Bieber is taking legal action against two anonymous women who have accused him of sexual assault.

Bieber filed a lawsuit for defamation, which said that two Jane Does (sans their twitter names, which provide the respective first names Danielle and Kadi) accused him of sexual assault and his lawyers say that the accusations “factually impossible, and disproven both by indisputable documentary evidence and the individuals’ own admissions.”

The complaint, which was filed Thursday, says “Danielle claimed she was sexually assaulted at the Four Seasons Hotel on March 9, 2014, however, Bieber did not stay at that hotel in March 2014 and there are multiple witnesses and documentary evidence to dispute Danielle’s malicious lie.” The suit goes on to call Kadi’s claim “likewise factually impossible, are contradicted by her own prior written statements, are supported only by falsified or faked texts.”

The filing continues, “The allegations are factually impossible, revealing and evidencing beyond any doubt that her social media post and allegations are a complete fabrication, an elaborate hoax.” It is also pointed out that Kadi is a “superfan” of Bieber, who is “desperate to meet him and desperate his attention and for fame.”

The filing also calls the timing of these tweets suspect, and that it appears Kadi “knew and had the details of the Danielle Tweet/post prior to its release, and had her accusation ready to also release in conjunction.”
