Rev. Lonnie Lacy of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Tifton, Georgia has gone viral for his parody of ‘Hamilton.”

Due to COVID-19 concerns, his church’s annual talent show went virtual, and Lacy decided to go all out for the occasion, writing a parody of “You’ll Be Back.”

Writing the parody lyrics felt like writing a love letter to my church. I wanted the whole thing to be joyful, hopeful, and completely ridiculous. Life is hard right now. We need to laugh.
