Katy Perry is selling her spare mansion. Variety reports that the new mom has listed her Beverly Hills mansion for sale at the low price of $8 million.
The home was being used as an “extra” property that Katy for guests. The guest home boasts more than 4,400 square feet, four bedrooms, and 4.5 baths and features a pool, several fireplaces and a master bedroom with a built-in soaking tub, steam shower, private outdoor balcony and walk-in closets.
In comparison, the home she currently lives in with her new baby Daisy Dove and fiancé Orlando Bloom is a $19 million mansion in the same community.
