Netflix is working with the authors of “Elf on the Shelf” to develop movies, TV shows and animated content based on the popular children’s book.
According to Deadline, they will produce both live-action and animated projects that also feature “Elf Pets” and “Elf Mates.”
Netflix also scored the rights to two existing animated movies, “Elf Pets: Santa’s Reindeer Rescue” and “Elf Pets: A Fox Cub’s Christmas Tale”.
