Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia has partnered with Coastal Ride to provide free round-trips to the voting polls on Election Day for seniors and adults with disabilities.
On Tuesday, Nov. 3, senior adults, 60-years-old and older and adults with disabilities can receive free rides in Chesapeake, Norfolk or Virginia Beach.
Riders will be driven to their registered polling location. If available, drive-up voting will be accommodated and is preferred for the health and safety of the passenger. Rides are available first come first serve.
You must make a reservation in advance by calling Senior Services at 757-963-9218 no later than noon on Friday, Oct. 30.
