Katherine McPhee has welcomed her first child with her husband David Foster.

“Katharine McPhee and David Foster have welcomed a healthy baby boy,” a rep for the couple told People, “Mom, Dad, and son are all doing wonderfully.”

The couple got married n June 2019 but they first met back in 2016 when Foster mentored McPhee and other contestants on season 5 of American Idol. 

Katherine is set to star in a new Netflix sitcom “Country Comfort” hitting the streaming service in March.
