After a video recently went viral of Adam Sandler being told of a long wait at IHOP, the star responded to the situation for the first time.
IHOP employee Dayanna Rodas shared the story on TikTok. In the security camera footage, Rodas can be seen greeting Sandler, who she didn’t recognize, and one of his daughters and telling them there would be a wait before they could get a table. She wrote in the video, “Not realizing its Adam Sandler and telling him its a 30min wait and him ofc leaving bc hes not going to wait 30mins for IHOP.”
Yep, Sandler doesn’t angry or play the “do you know who I am?” card, he just chooses to leave and get his pancakes somewhere else. Rodas captioned the video, “Pleaseee come back.”

Adam took to Instagram to address the video saying, “For the record, I only left the IHOP because the nice woman told me the all-you-can-eat deal didn’t apply to the milkshakes,”
