How to Watch The ‘Super Flower Blood Moon’ Lunar Eclipse This Week

The full moon on Wednesday (May 26) will be a celestial event you won’t want to miss!

The only total lunar eclipse of 2021 arrives together with the year’s biggest “supermoon.” According to Space.com, “a slightly larger-than-average full moon temporarily appears red during the so-called “Super Flower Blood Moon.”

Here on the East Coast, we will miss the full blood moon, but we may still be able to catch a partial lunar eclipse starting around 5:45 a.m. ET.

The eclipse will be visible to the naked eye but if Mother Nature doesn’t comply, there will be multiple live streams available to watch.
