Domino’s just shared a recipe for a pizza using watermelon as the crust.
Domino’s wrote, “Y’all keep asking us for a low carb option 😏🍕Nah fr when we saw @elburritomonster make a watermelon pizza, we HAD to give it a go”
According to the video, it works best with a BBQ sauce, rather than the traditional marina. You start by grilling the watermelon to caramelize it before topping it with BBQ sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
