Adele reached out to fans personally after postponing her Las Vegas residency last week.
The announcement that the shows would not take place came late and unfortunately, some fans had already traveled to Las Vegas for the show. Adele took to Facetime to personally apologize and offered them free merchandise and a free meet-and-greet. She even offered a free drink token, but then quickly took it back when she realized some of them were underage.
