Hampton Roads’ annual Pungo Strawberry festival will not take place this year.

Organizers announced the news on Friday (Feb. 25) citing unforeseen circumstances and time constraints for the popular festival’s cancellation.

The Strawberry Festival was cancelled the last two years as well due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
