A reggae band from Florida is suing Dua Lipa over her single, “Levitating.”

TMZ reports that Artikal Sound System has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the singer, claiming that the 2020 Future Nostalgia track rips off their 2017 song “Live Your Life.”

The suit also names the singer’s label, Warner Records, and others as defendants. They are asking for profits they may have made off of “Levitating” plus damages.
