Ahoy! It looks like there will be lots of opportunities in upcoming years to set sail to warm-weather destinations from Norfolk. Carnival Cruise Line and the City of Norfolk have announced an expanded partnership! In 2023, Carnival ships will be operating monthly departures from Norfolk from May-October. Upcoming destinations include The Bahamas, Bermuda, and many Caribbean islands.
The estimated $17.6 million economic impact from Carnival’s increased Norfolk sailings will be significant for Downtown Norfolk businesses.
