Save This Easy Turkey and Stuffing Recipe for Next Thanksgiving!

by Annaliese:

I hosted Thanksgiving for the first time this year, and I have to be honest that I was a bit intimidated to make a turkey! It always seemed like such a daunting task to roast a whole bird. Since I was only going to be cooking for my parents and boyfriend, I decided to find a turkey breast recipe, instead of one that required an entire giant turkey.

I ended up finding a turkey breast with homemade stuffing and garnish recipe from Cook’s Country. In previous years, my mom had gotten me a subscription to Cook’s Country magazine, so I’ve tried enough of their recipes to know they’re legit.

I’m so pleased to report that this turkey recipe turned out wonderfully! While you do need a few hours to make it (part of that is for the turkey to sit marinate in spices in the fridge, and then a couple hours to cook it), actually completely the recipe steps was very easy. I felt so accomplished not only roasting a turkey breast, but also making the accompanying homemade stuffing and pomegranate parsley garnish! So much fancier than stuffing from a box and gravy from a can.

Save this recipe from Cook’s Country if you’re hosting Thanksgiving next year! While I made it only for the four of us, it could’ve easily fed 8-10 people. (I still have leftovers!)
