Rescuers Form Human Chain to Save Stranded Dolphin [WATCH]


Marine rescuers in Florida linked together to save a stranded dolphin.

The dolphin, which was spotted in Clearwater creek, was first spotted on January 1st and seemed unable to find its way out. Rescuers were also concerned that too much human contact would impact its ability to live in the wild.

A team of 28 biologists formed a human chain to create a visual and sound barrier to guide the animal to safety. CMA’s 

“We’re thankful to the residents in the area who worked with us to help protect the animal,” the Clearwater Marine Aquarium posted on Facebook.
