Frances is up for adoption at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center. This orange tabby is about 4 years old and was found as a stray. He is a carrier for Bordetella, an upper respiratory infection, which means he needs to be the only cat in the house. It is not contagious to people, and dogs are vaccinated against Bordetella, so he can safely be in a home with dogs.
Frances is incredibly friendly! As soon as I walked in, he chirped at me and jumped up in my lap. He purred the whole time, kneading and licking me. There’s no doubt that he will become your best friend!
