James Clerk Maxwell’s “An Elementary Treatise on Electricity” was spotted by a librarian and the scientific text finally found its way back to the Massachusetts library after 119 years.
If you have overdue library materials, don’t wait over 100 years to return them. Here in Hampton Roads, the Virginia Beach Public Library is waiving fines for overdue library books now through Sept. 30th.
