Meet Jasmine! This beautiful 14-year-old girl was surrendered to Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center when her owners moved. Her family said she is very lovable and enjoys being petted. She gets along well with older, respectful children.

Jasmine is a social eater, meaning she likes to be scratched and petted while eating. The shelter is a stressful environment, and this sweet girl just needs a little encouragement to know she is safe.
