“Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band opens a new door to Springsteen’s creative process for fans around the world, sharing fly-on-the-wall footage of band rehearsals and special moments backstage — as well as hearing from Springsteen himself,” Disney shared in a press release.
The documentary kicks off with an exclusive glimpse into the band’s rigorous preparation, tracing their journey from the initial rehearsals in Red Bank, New Jersey, to thrilling performances in front of massive crowds spanning continents. Along the way, viewers are treated to professionally captured footage from the 2023-2024 tour, offering a fresh perspective on the band’s live experience. Additionally, band members share firsthand accounts of what it’s like to share the stage with Springsteen and discuss how they maintain the enduring magic of The E Street Band.
