Ed Sheeran Trades Guitars for Brushes in Debut Art Exhibit “Cosmic Carpark Paintings”

In between sold-out stadium shows and crafting chart-topping hits, Ed Sheeran found a new way to unwind: by splashing house paint on canvas in his downtime. What started as a fun personal outlet is now becoming a full-blown art show.

Ed’s debut art exhibition, Cosmic Carpark Paintings, opens at the HENI Gallery in Soho and runs from July 10 to August 1. The exhibit features vibrant, abstract works Ed describes as “Jackson Pollock but with colourful house paint.”

Ed shared with fans on Instagram, “I am by no means ‘an artist’, but I do love making art, it makes me feel great, and I love the end result. The show is gonna run from 10th July to 1st August at the heni gallery in soho. The paintings are for sale if anyone fancies it, and my proceeds from them will all go into the @edsheeranfnd so art will fund art. I like the idea of that. There’s also prints and other merch available, all quite fun.”
